Just need to take a second to say thank you for the love on my last post. I’m continually overwhelmed by the community and support here. What started as essays on architecture has basically turned into my online diary (lol sorry) but I’m so happy it’s developing this way. To know other people resonate and get something out of my words and experiences is the most fulfilling thing ever. I adore design, but sitting down to write is becoming the highlight of my week.
A mindset I’ve tried to adopt lately is to see this period of time as a slingshot moment. Despite being pulled back, the tension’s building for whatever’s coming next and I’m damn excited to see where the hell I’m sent flying.
Some things from this week:
MODERN SUPPLY™
Initially made for my own benefit, I made a website that catalogued all my reading material so I could track books + easily access sites I often visit. I had a domain waiting to be used and thought it suited this idea so of course, had to give it a branding moment.
Everything on there atm is books I had in sight/or collected from memory so will be updating as I remember + read more. I hope it can provide some inspo/be useful in some way! (case study on instagram)
Instagram’s been feeling a bit dry lately so I’ve decided to start partaking in the act of tweeting after watching from afar for years. So if you’re on twitter hmu!
